We are a grass root Animal Rescue Organization saving the lives of hundreds of homeless and abandoned pets each year. Our mission is to rescue dogs and cats before they end up at the pound or humane society and place them for adoption to loving homes. ALL of our animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption.

Adopting a pet is a wonderful deed—you’ll help a dog or cat in need while at the same time find a devoted animal companion. Please check out our wonderful available dogs and cats.
RHAR operates only through a foster program and a network of people willing to take rescued animals into their homes. All ages and breed-types are available for foster-care.
Monetary donations are used for medical aid, supplies and food. In addition, we can accept purchased items including bedding and fencing materials. We appreciate all of your support.
